SCULPTURES

Sculpting has always been my passion, playing with expressions, making clay come alive and live the expressions.  It's like having fun with someone, only the clay takes the form:  "Art celebrates the fact that human beings are figures of fun", and it is so wonderful that we are expressive beings, unique in expressions that make us who we are.  

I've always loved figurative art forms, the details of expressions which are so unique to each of us. My sculptures vary in size and materials, from my little "pear faces" collection in ceramic, resin or bronze to the larger pieces in clay and bronze.  More recently I've started applying glazes to my ceramic sculptures to bring more colour and light:  "girl with bouquet of flowers on green donkey" sculpture.
